At Alps Roofing Solutions Plus, we have stood behind our workmanship and warranties since 1999.

As a preferred contractor for supplier like Owens Corning Canada, we have the ability to register our clients for a true 50-year non-prorated warranty on their new roofing system. 

These warranties cover the materials and labour plus disposal cost in the event of a claim. Warranty is transferable upon sale of the property for a 50-year non-prorated term.

A warranty package with Alps Roofing Solutions Plus ensures you are fully covered 25 years down the road in the event of a claim. 

In addition, Alps also offers a workmanship warranty structure that is based on 10-15 year terms on full roof replacement installations. Newly constructed homes in developments are covered by a standard 2-5 year workmanship warranty depending on the roofing package chosen.

These warranties tower over other roofing companies warranties as most operating roofing companies are not actually licensed installers by the manufacturers they use.
